Fans specialize in the design and manufacture of high efficiency, low- noise axial fans for industrial application. With the, assistance of a high end engineering software & Long experience in cooling system coupled with knowledge of aerodynamics and manufacturing technology. Fans developed high efficiency optimized fans and can meet customer’s requirement with the added ability of in-house pattern and mould making. We can deliver fans as per schedule. The increased know – how about fans and their loads, improved calculations and testing systems have lead to this new generation of fan blades with optimum fatigue life. These fans have been designed for a tip speed of 61 m/s. Our range covers large family of airfoil fans with adjustable pitch at standstill arrangements that come in diameter ranging from 500 mm to 12000 mm.
Fans are particularly suitable for applications in humid, dry harsh environment such as:

• Cooling Towers
• Heat Exchangers
• Evaporative condensers
• Ventilation System

Fans are made in solid or hollow construction in fiber glass with a choice in hubs made of aluminium casting, or fabricated MS in single or double plate with SS fasteners and machined bore key way to suit motor / gearbox shaft. The FRP blades are moulded with leading edge protection for erosion resistance, high degree of corrosion resistant and pigment for UV protection.

Balancing:
The blades are individually moment balanced. The whole assembly is static balanced & matched marked before dispatch.

Raw materials conform to Indian standard. Blades are cast in Vinyl ester / Epoxy resins. Production is monitored at every stage and the following documents are available.
