ACG Engineering (ACGE), part of ACG Group, a supplier of end-to end manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, has recently announced acquisition of Xertecs GmbH, a German pharma processing equipment company. ACG acquired 100 per cent shareholding that comes following a long partnership between the two entities.

 

The Xertecs facility in Muellheim, Germany becomes a key ‘Centre of Excellence’ to serve as ACG Innovation Centre Europe. It will comprise of European design combined with Indian value centric engineering and manufacturing.Xertecs portfolio includes conceptualisation; design engineering; prototype development; automation design and integration into MES systems; development and optimisation of components; complete plant design including 3D modeling; process optimization and delivery of new process equipment.
