CNC Rotary Table

Cosmos Impex offers a wide range of CNC rotary tables from Golden Sun, Taiwan. The rotary table is suited for machining centres to machine components like drum cam, helical triple start leads, double start carbide drill, variable pitch machine or complex index profiles, etc. The indexing accuracy of the table is 15 arc sec, and the indexing repeatability (+)(-) 2 sec, minimum incremental indexing being 0.001o with servo motor. It can be interfaced with 4th axis on VMC/HMC for programmable continuous indexing or with a separate single axis controller for conventional application. The table diameter range is from 100 mm to 800 mm. The tables are available in special options with large through hole, tilting through 5 axis or manual mode.
