Excelhone Mfg undertakes Drilling Services. The company specialises in deep hole drilling, counter boring and honing operations in all types of steel and stainless rounds and tubes. It also undertakes manufacturing of custom built hydraulic cylinders as per requirement and also reconditioning of hydraulic cylinders. It has expertise in the field of manufacture and supply of hydraulic cylinder tubes to original equipment manufacturers. The company also undertakes ejector drilling as well as STS type of drilling. Its capacity ranges from 40 mm ID to 300 mm ID and lengths up to 4 mtr on different types of steel catering to the needs of various industries. Besides deephole drilling, it performs counter boring operations which covers the requirements of odd size boring at short notice for lengths above 2 mtr achieving close dimensional tolerances and straightness (50 microns per metre or better).
