Functional Powder Coating powders like Teflon, Nylon, Halar, PFA, etc., have their own challenges and charging characteristics. Regular powder spray systems will not deliver the optimum result. Specially designed guns are needed, as these powders are very expensive and also difficult to handle. Mitsuba introduces the patented 100 KV gun (US Patent No. 5678770) with features specially tailored to charge all functional powders. This systems ensures highest transfer efficiency and hence minimum over spray and waste. Mitsuba?s Multistatic 700 Supreme ?F? Series powder spray equipment incorporates a ?Smart Tracker? a self-diagnosing performance monitor that constantly monitors and indicates the performance of every component in the equipment. In a nutshell, Smart Tracker ensures the system is always in a perfect working condition. The standard Multistatic 700 ?F? can operate both corona and tribo guns. It consists of a controller with smart tracker, 5 kg + 10 kg stainless steel hooper for fast colour change over and trolley.
