Hotrunner Temperature Controller

Hotrunner temperature controller, Model TC75, introduced by Selec Controls is meant for plastic moulding applications. This is a microprocessor based, 3-digit, 70-segment LED display temperature controller. The product is available in single as well as multiple (4, 6, 8 and 12) zone configurations. A superior control algorithm, allows a highly accurate temperature control. It operates on industry standard 'J' or 'K' type thermocouples with selectable temperature configuration (?F or ?C). Mould performance and monitoring information including discrete indicators for heater output, sensor error, alarm, manual and auto mode are on the operator interface panel. The controller includes features like soft start to prolong heater life and dry out heater moisture, built-in diagnostics with alarm and internal CT for heater current monitoring and earth fault detection. There are several functions, which allow continuous production in the event of thermocouple failure. The instrument is designed with in-built solid-state thyristor control output (15 A) for fast control action. System includes mainframe and mainframe connectors. Heater and thermocouple cables and mould connectors are available on request.
