Adjustable indicating dial snap gauges

SIP Tools situated at Thane offers a range of adjustable indicating dial snap gauges. These are very much useful for checking diameters, lengths and thicknesses of shafts, spindles, bolts, etc. The mainframe is made of alloy steel by investment casting process. Measuring spindle and anvil spindles are made of hardened stainless steel, with carbide tipped measuring faces. Actual dimension of work?piece can be determined with absolute accuracy. Any dial indicator having 8 mm stem dia can be fitted into these gauges. These gauges are highly versatile. Advantages: each gauge covers a particular range and within the range, can easily be adjusted with the help of round masters or gauge blocks; and it eliminates completely an error of operators feeling, due to constant pressure, provided by built?in compression spring.
