Soap and detergent cake machines

Panchal Shantilal Vallabhdas manufactures quality machinery for washing soap and detergent cake. Washing soap machinery includes soap stamping machine, soap-cutting machine, soap slab cutting machine, soap double cutting machine, soap sev-chura machine and soap scrap chips machines. Detergent cake machinery includes detergent cake plodder machine, detergent cake mixer machine and cutting machine. Washing soap machinery mainly manually operated and can be useful for hot process washing soap manufacturing unit and useful without any three-phase power connection. Soap cutting machine and soap double cutting machines are hand operated and soap-stamping machines are treadle machine. Soap sev-chura machine and soap scrap chips machines are optional for manually operated or motorised model. These machines are not requiring any skilled labour or any training to operate the machine. After some practice, operator can cut or stamp out 1500-2000 cakes/ hours. These machines don"t require any maintenance or services. Detergent cake plodder machines are available in three models. Model 3 PSV has capacity of 200-kg/8 hour shift, Model 4 PSV has capacity of 800-1000 kg/8 hour shift and Model 5 PSV has capacity of 1500 kg/ 8-hour shift. Detergent cake mixer machines are available in two models, in batch capacity of 25 kg and 50 kg. Plodder machines fitted with heavy-duty gearbox and M.S. worm. Mixer machine are such design that ensure uniform mixing without much vibration. Detergent plodder and mixer machines are motorises model and require three phase power supply.
