Large Scale Vacuum Soldering Unit

Heraeus offers a vacuum soldering unit which is particularly used in the production of sensitive electronic, optic and fine mechanic components. It has a receiver of fine steel. One can place three to five linings in the container which are electrically heated and cooled with compressed air and water. Every lining has its own temperature sensor. The cooling coils with large tubular cross section permit a greater throughput of the cooling agent and thus a faster cooling. The process times can be shortened and throughput raised. Thus piece numbers of up to 10,000 soldered circuits per day are possible.
