The head, column, bed, table, and saddle are all constructed from high quality cast iron and are stress relieved; the whole structure is very rigid and solid; the X, Y and Z axis are with high precision ball screws, coupled with a double nut design for precise traversing; hardened and ground slideways to ensure smooth stick slip free movement; slideways are coated with Turcite-B, ensures extreme smooth traverse; automatic lubricator provides excellent lubrication effects to all slideways and parts; the accurate counter-balance weight ensures life of ball screws and machining accuracy; the surface accuracy is precisely inspected by a laser system.
