Hi Tech International is engaged in Repairs, Retrofitting and Refurbishing of Machine Tools. All types of machine tools are re-build under one roof, including: VMCs, HMCs, turning centres, turn mill centres, 5-axis portal and gantry milling machines, big lathes, slideway grinders, plano millers, VTLs, cylindrical grinders, internal grinders, crankshaft and camshaft grinders, thread, profile, surface, centreless; double disc and gear grinders, spline, hob, broach, tool and cutter grinders, gear hobbing, shaver and gear shapers, lead and profile testers; turbine blade grinding and milling machines, CNC turret punch press, laser cutting and press brakes, CNC wire EDM and EDM machines, etc. These all machines are offered from ready stock. The company has approx 225000 sq.ft covered area having warehouses at Pune, Bangalore, Faridabad, Mumbai and headquarters at Ludhiana (Punjab). The fully retrofitted and rebuilt machines are offered with one-year warranty. These machines are laser calibrated, tested on standard parameters, and component prove out facility is also available. The company retrofits and rebuilds only latest generation machines, not old model CNC machines, nor does it convert mechanical machines into CNC machines. Because with old model CNC and mechanical machines one cannot achieve higher accuracy, cycle times and surface finish. Its state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the world’s best testing and measuring instruments. The company also offers BHIC concrete injection machine, grout pump, vibrator poker, concrete mixer, hanging platform, etc.
