Cutting tools, shock resistant

Shimaksha Tool Company manufactures carbide and HSS tools. The company has developed following cutting tools with extra high quality/life performance, which result in reducing the tool consumption to 50%: carbide tip brazed tools/reamers/drills/end mills - these are brazed with shock resistant brazing joint on machine, which results in tool life that is almost double than ordinary brazing; and HSS tools/reamers/drills/end mills - these are supplied in HSS M35/M42/T42 grades with Cryo treatment, which results in very high tool life to the extent of double. Hence the present tool cost can be reduced to 50% by using these tools.
