A G Engineers offers Water Purification Solutions. It is used for various industries. Electronics industry: organic materials on the surface of electronic components are oxidized by immersion in deionised water that contains 0.5-2 ppm ozone residual. In some cases gaseous ozone is employed to oxidise organic films on the surface of components. Industrial wastewater pollution control: non biodegradable industrial waste can be made degradable by ozone treatment. Destruction of phenol and cyanide, together with the treatment of textile-dye wastewater, are the three largest application of ozone to industrial waste. Odour control: the largest number of ozone generators are employed for sewage odour control. Some industrial odours oxidized by ozone include those from dairy processing plants, fish processing, rubber compounding, commercial kitchens, paper mills, chemical plants, food processing, fermentation and phenols. Cooling tower water: the use of zone as a maintenance treatment for cooling towers has an excellent potential for operation and maintenance savings. A small amount of ozone acts as a powerful biocide that decreases or nearly eliminates the need to remove quantities of water from the cooling tower in order to decrease the concentration of organic and mineral solids in the system.
