Air Pollution Control Equipment

Meher Techno Consultants Pvt Ltd manufactures air pollution control equipment such as cyclone separators, dust bag filters, rotary air valves, ventury scrubbers and centrifugal blowers. Dust bag filters are manufactured with modem techniques and design. Cyclonic entry of dust laden air gives more separation, leaving less dust to be separated by bags. Bags are made of anti-static material to avoid any chance of fire. Bags are tied on specially made cages. As the dust is collected on bags, the area of filtration gets choked. To clean the bags, air pulses are given at predetermined intervals with the help of solenoid valves. Because of air jet, the dust on the bag falls down and is collected at the bottom from where it is removed with the help of rotary air valves. MTCPL dust collectors are supplied with inspection doors and specially designed venturies. Venturies can be made of either cast iron or aluminium. These dust collectors can be used after dryers, in boiler chimneys to collect carbon dust, in sugar industry to collect flying sugar in the manufacturing and packing departments, in drying of chemicals with flash or other types of dryers, to check dust emission from processes, etc. MTCPL supplies dust collectors in mild steel, and stainless steel to suit customers' requirement.
