Drilling Machine With Hss Core Cutters

Miranda Tools has introduced magnetic core drilling machines + HSS core cutters, perfectly tuned with each other, and of top notch quality standard. Magnetic core drilling machines are available with powerful motors with high torque and range from 900 to 1800 watt with ergonomic design and perfect technology. These machines have four different models with an individual capacity of 40, 50, 75 and 100 mm. These models are incorporated with new and improved version of magnetic base, robust electronic switch, gear housing and continuous adjustable motor. HSS core cutters are made in M2 and M42 grade and the range starts from 14 to 50 mm with two different cutting range of 25 and 50 mm depth. The cutters feature high toughness, specially graduated. These cutters have specially designed cutting geometry, with optimum regular chip break and minimum cross section of chip removing surface. They also have high tooth hardness due to optimum raw material and special heat treatment, and robust design for long life, suitable for materials difficult to cut.
