Boring & Milling Machine

Colgar Spa has developed the FRAL 616 floor type boring and milling machine. This has a hydrostatic bearing system on all axes as well as a balancing system to correct variations in the geometric trim of the headstock during axial travel. Also integrated is a head suspension device with variation in the tension of the front cable. Furthermore, the machine has automatic hydraulic clamping on all axes, ball recirculating screws on the Y and Z axes as well as a spindle power of 63 kW.
