Sumitron Exports Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2013 certified company, offers modular type air combination unit of Filter, Regulator and Lubricator from TPC Mechatronics Corp., Korea. This FRL is designed for use as a single in-line unit. This combination can quickly be attached to exhaust valves, safety lockout valves, pipe adapters, etc. Filter removes solid impurities such as rust, dirt particles and water droplets from compressed air. TPC has standardised on 5 micron filter elements for most general industrial pneumatic applications. Regulator provides controlled, consistent air pressure as required for specific pneumatic equipment connected to the air system. TPC regulators are offered with a standard adjustment of 0-140 psig. Lubricator is used for lubrication of pneumatic components. Where lubrication is required, adding a small quantity of oil to compressed air reduces greatly wear and tear of pneumatic components. TPC offers many variations and port sizes (1/8", ¼ ", 3/8", ½ ", ¾ ", 1") of air combination unit to suit any application.
