Centrifugal Oil Cleaner (Centrifuge) For DG Sets

Comprehensive Business Solution offers centrifugal oil cleaners, which are installed on all makes of DG sets of capacity ranging from 100 kVA to 5000 kVA. These centrifugal oil cleaners offer several advantages to users: eliminates paper by pass filter permanently; extends oil change period to more than 500 hours from 250 hours; and brings down substantially the wear and tear of engine. Centrifugal oil cleaner operates on the Hero turbine principle. Oil enters the centrifuge pressure and gets converted into rotational energy producing speed up to 6000 RPM and above. The resultant centrifugal force removes dirt form the engine oil depositing it on the inner wall of roller in dense coke form. Clean oil drains back directly to the engine oil sump.
