Metering pumps

Dencil Pumps, a Mumbai-based manufacturer, manufactures metering pumps with +/- 2 percent precision. These are electrically operated motor driven positive displacement pumps. These pumps have the reduction gears to control the stroke per/min. Crank connecting rod mechanism ensures the reciprocating action due to rotary motion of motor. Stroke length adjustment mechanism controls the stroke length of the pump through plunger. The plunger movement with the help of non?return valves produces the pumping action in plunger pump. However, in diaphragm pump the plunger movement is transferred through the hydraulic oil to the diaphragm. The oscillation of diaphragm produces the pumping action. These pumps have the salient features of flow control even when the pump is running or in rest. They are suitable for slurries, highly corrosive and viscous liquids. Pumps with multiple heads and wetted parts are available in SS 304, SS 316, alloy 20, hastalloy B or C, titanium, nickel, money niobium, inconel PTFE, PP and cast nylon.
