Electrolytic Marking Machine, Semi Automatic

Laxmi Machine Tools offers a semi automatic electric Electrolytic Marking Machine, Model SMM-1. This is ideal for small and medium sized items. Marking can be made from above or below. The marking machine can be operated with a button or with pedal. The hourly production is between 600 to 700 pieces. Model SMMA-1 is for marking on flat surfaces and Model SMMA-2 is for marking on round surfaces. Features for both models: operation – pneumatically; pressure required – 4 to 6 kg/per cm; cycle time – 2 to 4 seconds; marking depth – adjustable up to 50V; darkness can be adjusted as per requirement; chemical ratio – 75% water/25% chemical; stencil life – up to 1,00,000 markings; and character height – minimum 1 mm, maximum as per requirement.
