Conveyorized Oven

The AMI Industries' extensive design and manufacturing experience in package conveyorized electrical oven has resulted in the development of a wide range of units from 50 & deg C to 500 & deg C. It is constructed from M.S. angle frame & sheets and insulated with super quality ceramic wool to minimize the heat loss. Air circulation by motor with blower on top of the oven is provided to maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber. Oven is fixed on a heavy duty angle iron stand of suitable height. The conveyorised oven has a number of controlling zones and each zone has individual control and each zone has indicating lamp, digital temperature controller, air break contactor, heater ON/OFF switch so that different temperature could be maintained as desired in each zone
