Malkar Industries offers a wide range of HSS Knurling Wheels, which are manufactured as per standard dimensions and sizes. The knurling wheels are designed with sharp edges and curves. All types of knurling wheels in AA, BL, BR, GV and GE are manufactured in HSS materials from 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm pitch. The knurling wheels are used in ferrous and non-ferrous materials and give high productivity and best profile accuracy. The knurling wheels are ID and face ground with highest closed tolerance accuracy. All the processes of manufacturing are done under closed parameter and at highest accuracy to maintain accurate profile standard. The standard range is in diameter 20 x 8 x 6 and 20 x 10 x 6 mm.
