Zero/Low Backlash Speed Reducers

Power Ace Engg Co offers 'Fine Cyclo' Zero/Low Backlash Speed Reducers for critical applications, introduced by Sumitomo, Japan. The Fine Cyclo Series uses the unique cyclo rolling motion speed reducer principle to add zero backlash to a comprehensive list of advantages over conventional gears. The gear units are assembled without clearance and therefore without mechanical backlash. Features: compact size and light weight, high reduction ratio in single stage; High load capacity and low inertia ideal for frequent start/stop operations. These are presently available for all sizes and reduction ratios –there is reduced lost motion, 2 min as standard and 1 min upon request. These reducers are commonly used on industrial robot, pick and place units.
