The FieldLink product range provides cable solutions for every type of current field bus system (Industrial Ethernet, ProfiBus, Foundation FieldBus, InterBus, DeviceNet, CAN, ElB, AS-interface and CC Link). Specially designed for the requirements of the SafetyBus system of industrial control and safety three new cable types developed by Leoni Special Cables are set to expand the range. With flexible strand high purity bare copper and high performance insulation combined with a choice of three sheath types, most environmental installation requirements are catered for. PVC, FRNC and PUR can cover robust and flexible installation requirements across a broad range of commercial and industrial applications. The ES (easy strip) versions can be prepared easily, quickly and accurately with the Leoni easy strip tool, ready to fit straight into the SafetyBus connector range.
