C-Frame Power Presses with Rolling & Air Friction Clutch

Basant-BI power presses suitable for a variety of purposes including cutting, forming, blanking, drawing, piercing, punching, assembly and combination die operations. The company manufactures C-frame presses in pressure range 5 to 250 tonnes in different designs, in standard, and any special execution as: bench type presses, geared type presses, un-geared presses, adjustable presses, inclinable and non-inclinable presses. It manufactures pillar type presses ('H' frame) in the presses range of 10 to 1000 tonnes with a single eccentric in standard and double eccentric (two point suspension) for special application and with quadruple eccentric (four point suspension) for wider bed size as per customer's specifications. The body of the press is manufactured from high quality rolled steel plates. The so produced frame profile guarantees utmost-rigidity and strength. The press table is made up of high quality steel on presses up to 125 MT with T-slots diagonal or parallel in the table, special executions, as well as on the through hole possible. If required a spring ejector or a deep draw cushion can be installed. Depending from the press version the ram is equipped either with two 45? guide way or a 4-fold 45? flat guide way system and are easily adjustable. A mechanical overload safety plate system is provided as optional only against order. The ram is adjustable in its height and locking system is provided. Slides have ample length and are well guided to ensure accurate travel. Motorised adjustment of ram and pneumatic weight balancers are provided as extra. Presses from 100 tonnes onward are equipped with a pneumatic weight balance as a standard with pneumatic clutch presses only. For air friction, clutch presses are provided with all push buttons and other controlled units on the central control panel.
