Electro Magnetic Brakes

A G Engineers manufactures Electro Magnetic Brakes. It is disc type. Product range includes AC/ DC single disc brakes, shoe type AC/ DC brakes and electro hydraulic thrustor operated shoe brakes. AC/ DC disc type failsafe brakes can be directly mounted on the free end side of motor and hence form part and parcel of the motor. Brake with flame proof enclosure approved by CMRI Dhanbad, are also manufactured. AC three phase electro hydraulic thrustor brake is self contained unit, 10 W power consumption, minimum maintenance, overload on thrustor cannot cause damage to motor of thrustor. DC single disc brake magnets for energized to brake application: once unit is installed there is no need of setting air gap; armature is available with three springs with gap adjustment screws or spring steel riveted; and the armature gives zero backlash operation.
