As a leading supplier of brake systems, Mando India Ltd continues to develop innovative systems that combine proven brake function with advanced functionality. Mando India was set up in 1997 as a joint venture between Mando Corporation, Korea, and Anand for the manufacture of state-of-the-art brake systems, strictly to Mando specifications, with an advanced, high technology facility located at Chennai. The company also manufactures suspension products like shock absorbers and struts. Mando India has a technical licencer agreement with Continental Teves of Germany for manufacturing brake systems specifically to meet the requirements of vehicle manufacturers based in the US and Europe.
