Dyna-K Automotive Stampings is a manufacturer of critical stampings for automotive drum brake applications. The company also caters to critical, safety requirements of stampings in seats, suspensions, axles, turbochargers, etc. The range of products Dyna-K manufactures includes a range of critical and precision metallic/non-metallic stampings like back plates, brake shoe plates, lock shims, etc. Other automotive applications include critical parts for turbochargers and emission products such as heat tubes for catalytic converter applications and discs for two-wheeler disc brake applications. Non-automotive products include high-volume metal stampings for the electrical and electronic industry segments. The facility of the TS 16949 certified company is equipped with MIG, TIG, projection and resistance spot welders to deliver product assemblies. A in-house tool design team and tool manufacturing facility is monitored by a cross-functional APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) team and supported by FMEA/MSA/SPC activities. Customers of the company include KBX (Bosch owned), Automotive Axles, Spicer India, Rane (Madras), Tata-Holset, Divgi-Warner and Tata-Johnson Controls Automotive.
