Blast Chillers and Freezers are used in all types of commercial kitchens for both increasing the shelf life as well as improving the production efficiency by cooking in advance during lean periods. This is essential for safe mid to long term storage of food products. We offer blast chillers and freezers in a variety of sizes, with the options of both integrated and remote condensing units as well as the options of in built pans/ shelves and roll in trolleys.

We offer blast machines in a variety of capacities: • Chilling capacity: 20 Kgs to 800 Kgs • Freezing capacity: 12 Kgs to 480 Kgs • GN pans (1/1) compatible • Refrigerator : R134a for chilling/ R404a for freezing • Blast chiller: +90 to 2ºC in 90 minutes • Blast freezer: +90 to -18ºC in 240 minutes
