- These bolts are manufactured using high-grade steel. These products have a sturdy and strong construction; acknowledged for their resistance against corrosion and high durability.
- AISI grades 202, 304 and 316 are the more commonly used material grades; stainless steel of grade 202 contains nickel of 5 per cent and chromium of 18 per cent and is the cheapest of the three grades.
- Stainless steel of grade 304 contains nickel of 8 per cent and chromium of 18 per cent and is the commonly used grade for production of fasteners.
- Grade 316 contains nickel of 10 per cent and chromium of 16 per cent added with 2 per cent molybdenum which gives the metal very high anti corrosive properties.
