Ansys Engineering Private Limited offers Y Strainer. Most cost effective, Y strainer uses perforated wire or mesh to trap unwanted solids from a process stream. Y strainer can be mounted vertically or horizontally in a piping system.Y strainer are low cost solution to large nominal bore straining requirements. Y strainer are commonly used in pipelines to prevent damage of Gauges, pumps, control valves, Flow meters and other process equipment. Fabricated Y strainers from 2” to 24” (larger sizes are available). Designed in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div. 1. Standard design pressures include 150psi, 300psi and ANSI 150 & 300. (Higher pressure available on request). Vessels available in CS,CSRL,SS304,SS316,Duplex,Super Duplex.
