Ace Instruments offers Digital Clocks suitable for all industrial applications. The clocks are available in standalone and synchronisation versions. The synchronised clocks can have up to 120 slaves to 1 master and can be connected to the master clock via a 2-core communication cable on RS 485 Modbus multidrop network and the master clock time is synchronised with all the slaves. All the clocks in the synchronised clock network show the exact same time right up to the seconds. Time is accurately maintained even in the case of power cut by virtue of built in battery. The master clock is a 2" high super bright 7-segment display panel with 6 displays, 2 each for hours, minutes and seconds. The slave clocks have a 4" high super bright 7 segment red LED display with exceptional depth and clarity for visibility over a long distance. The slave clocks can be at a maximum distance of up to 1200 mtr (1.2 km) and yet show accurate synchronised time, same as the master clock. The clocks communicate over Modbus RS485 communication network. Optionally wireless communication is also available, thus avoiding expensive cabling and manpower wastage. Optionally, standalone clocks with 4†high display and also 6†high display with 5 mm LEDs are also available, which can be later upgraded to synchronised systems. Clocks with real time and stopwatch features are also available as a standard product.
