Salient features: compact, sturdy with an adaptable design; maintenance free and high reliability; total compartmentalised design; provision of discharge flap with slits; long electrical and mechanical life; conforms to IEC 62271-100 and 200/IEC 62271-1/IS 13118; type tested for VCB duty E2, C2, M2 class; internal arc tested for 11 kV, 25 kA IAC A FLR for 1 sec; compatible for remote and SCADA operation; closed door operation; and motorised VCB rack in and rack out and earth switch. Application: distribution networks; industrial distribution; primary and secondary substations; and switching duties for capacitor, motors, auxiliary, generator units for power plants.
