Quick Clamping Jig
Khushbu Engineers offers a quick clamping or pump jig, in various models. It consist of a base of cast iron, a location plate and a movable clamping plate, which also acts as jig plate. The location plate, as name implies, locates the job like spigot, rings, profiled jobs, etc. The clamping/jig plate is moved up-down by a rack and pinion arrangement, having special locking arrangement. It does not allow the job to move, once clamped by manual force through a lever. It is fast to operate, avoids clamping-declamping time and increases productivity. Other products of the company are jig bushes, clamping studs, machined and ground plates, yoke roller assembly for surface lapping machines, spindles for multi-spindle drilling units, dowel pins, etc. Gauge calibration facility is available.
