Linit Exports Pvt Ltd provides ready-to-assemble ‘as cast or fully machined’ Pump Components made from castings or bar stock, for submersible pumps, vertical turbine pumps, end suction
pumps, split casing pumps, process pumps, slurry pumps and other special purpose pumps. The main pump components include casings, diffusers, impellers, covers, bushes, shafts, sleeves,
neck rings, couplings, bearings and other customised components.
Material grades:Stainless steel grades 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4021, 1.4057, duplex, carbon
steel, brass and aluminium.
Approvals: For raw material source, wherever applicable: PED 97/23/EC and AD2000 Markblatt, WO/W5/W10.
Foundry capacity: Sand
castings up to 6000 kg – single piece; investment castings – up to 100 kg – single piece
Forgings: Open die up to 600 kg, closed die – up to 120 kg, ring rolling up to 150 kg and dia
1000 mm
Machining capacity: 26 CNC/VMCs in-house, dia up to 600 mm and length up to 1000 mm
Quality assurance: Dedicated experienced engineers to monitor
the manufacturing processes
