Plain plug gauges are manufactured from graded steel on the basis of relevant IS specifications. Advance Measuring Systems manufactures plug gauges in sizes ranging from 0.5 mm to 250 mm in four types of designs depending on the gauge diameter: 0.5 mm to 12 mm reversible type design, 6 mm to 40 mm taper lock type design, 40 mm to 100 mm trilock type design and 100 mm to 250 mm segmented (plate) type design. Plug gauges are also manufactured as per customers’ request. The company also manufactures gauges of non-standard designs such as extra length, multiple diameter, air-grooves, pilots, depth steps and relieved ends, etc. “Advance" hard steel plug gauges are made from special OHNS/En31 steel with specific thermal treatment including sub-zero treatment at critical temperature. Design and accuracy: these gauges offer maximum precision, surface quality and dimensional quality. All gauges have replaceable gauge members.
