Kyoritsu Electric India, the Indian subsidiary of Kyoritsu Test System, Japan, has launched USB based instrumentation modules Fx-Series (self microprocessor based). Available off the shelf, the series, along with system integration software (Fx-builder) has made it easy and simple for the R&D engineers/users to integrate their own customised Function Test System in a short span of time and eliminating the need to depend on the market available instruments and customised software which takes about 6 to 8 months for integration work. Fx modules are easy to work with as they uses table format for programming allowing easy creation of test program even for a PC beginner with little knowledge of basic operation. These test modules are shot open tester, digital multi meter, digital oscilloscope, digital I/O, isolated digital I/O, and multi function unit, supported by Fx controller, relay unit and multiplexer.
