The vertical spindle honing machines are available in E Series – model E 3500. Application areas: gears, valve spool, sleeves and bushes, aerospace components, fuel injection parts, gun barrels wherein precision and weight are the deciding factors. Key specifications: Dia Range of job (subject to honing application) – 3-25 mm; stroke length – 2-500 mm with 0.1 mm increments; stroking speed, fully adjustable – 1-25 m/min; short stroking – fully adjustable length and frequency; and spindle speed, fully adjustable – 150-3500 rpm.
