Hi-Tech International is the manufacturer of high temperature Multi-layer Energy saving insulation covers for valves, engines and pipes for protection form fire, oil spillage and ultimate saving the energy and human from burns.
These are removable, flexible and offer temperature protection up to 12450C at hotter end reducing the outer skin temperature to ambient.
The covers are made from high temperature, chemical resistant silicon coated texturised glass fabrics; Teflon coated sealing layers to ensure non-combustibility and offering corrosion resistance to most of the chemicals.
The inner insulation layers are made from alumina silica fibres to reduce the heat loss from the valves and joints to keep the system heat constant with an ultimate objective to prevent heat loss.
The innermost layers are made from ultra-heat and chemical resistant fabrics offering temperature resistance to 1245°C
