Rokade Pumps, a division of Rokade RotoTechniks, offers Dewatering Submersible Pumps available in series from 1.5 HP to 50 HP with high discharge head from 2 mtr to 60 mtr. The pumps are utilised in building construction, steel plants, mines, power stations, construction sites, etc. The portable submersible drainage pumps are light weight, handy, compact, devoted to design and manufacturing for application in steel plants, power plants, irrigation projects, river water pumping, construction sites and all types of drainage applications. Design benefits: the pump outer body is completely in SS 304 with twin tungsten carbide mechanical seal for long life, and for rotor shaft SS 431 for better magnetic result. The top/bottom brackets are of die casting of aluminium alloy for reduced corrosion in marine applications. The impeller is of SS 401 (hardened) in abrasive application, SS 304 in marine application. Mechanical seal: inner/outer twins tungsten carbide, mechanical seal at tandem at pressure compensate oil bath for increasing life. Motor data: output power 3.7 kW, 5 HP current rating at 415 V, 8 A with direct on line starter. 2-pole induction continuous rated motor 380 V, 415/440-460 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, rated speed – 2850/3450 RPM (approx) with built-in motor sheathed, oil and water proof having copper conductor of 6 cores of size – 4 x 2.5 sq.mm and 2 x 1 sq.mm of length 15 mtr, class of insulation ‘F’ (155°C). Hydraulic features: the pumps are designed for pumping liquid temperature of 40°C and pH value in between 6-9, max specific gravity 1.1 and working at submersible depth of max 15 mtr, with a field adjustable nitrile rubber moulded diffuser for optimum efficiency throughout the life of the pump. The rubber parts are nitrile, and hardware in SS 304.
