- Suitable to fill cups having diameter of 75 and 95 mm, i.e., filling volume of liquid in the cups shall be max 400 ml
- Further cup volume can be increased to 500 ml by changing the dies in the turn table
- The machine offered is suitable for filling as well as sealing the lid of cups simultaneously
- The machine is provided with two sets of cup holding station for quick change over for the filling capacity of cups as optional
- Provisions are made for printing the date and batch numbers on the lid
- Safety features are included to stop the operation of machine in case of no cups, low air pressure and no lid, no sealing, etc
- All contact parts of the machine are of SS 304 except the turn table and cup holding dies
- The cup filling machine is available with electrical/PLC controlled panel and electric drive optional – filled cup conveyor
