Specifications: cutting capacity – square 300 x 300 mm and round ø300 mm; clamping capacity – ø22-300 mm; cutting accuracy and cut face – ø100 mm ± 0.1 mm; cutting speed – 20 to 100 mtr/min; hardness to be cut – 70 to 350 BHN; maximum weight can be placed on the machine – 1.5 tonnes; bi-metallic band saw blade – 4100 x 34 x 1.1 mm; floor area for machine – 2200 x 2200 mm; stress relieved torsion free fabricated bed; fully cast (CI graded) cutting arm; the machine is providing with hydro mechanical sensor to locate hard spot in the cutting material and to adjust feed accordingly to avoid damages to blade and machine; cutting arm guided in two vertical hardened and ground columns and hard chrome plated; infinitely variable pressure controlled cutting feed and upward return rapid movement by hydraulic cylinder; automatic height adjustment for saw frame to save cycle time; tungsten carbide face guides with ball bearings; high efficiency power transmission – the machine is provided with helical gearbox; coolant tank with 80 ltr capacity and 2 nozzles for cooling and cleaning purpose with indicator when level goes down in tank; strainer system used for coolant filtration; in-built hydraulic tank 80 ltr capacity with power pack and necessary component for automation; in-built control panel with all necessary switchgears, fuses indicators and push buttons and mounted on machine; saw motor – 5 HP, hydraulic motor – 1.5 HP, coolant motor – 0.16 HP; and supply – 440 V ±10% 50 Hz, 3-phase AC, IP54.
