Stackpole Electronics Inc has launched ASR/ASRM Series Anti-Surge Resistors that expand the value range. The ASR/ASRM Series utilises a high voltage power film to achieve high working voltages and high overload voltages. This series also withstands repeated high voltage pulses of up to 10 kV every 5 seconds with very little resistance shift. The ASR ¼ watt size and larger has now expanded its value range down to 3.3 ohms.The ASR and ASRM are available in sizes ranging from mini ¼ watt up to mini 2 watts.
