Malkar Industries is engaged in manufacturing of hardened and ground worms (single or multi start) on thread grinding machines. The company has strength of five grinding machines as part if its manufacturing facilities. It has set a bench mark on cost effectiveness for ground worms in quantity, and has all the facilities to produce worm and worm gears in quantity. The company has in-house facilities for thread milling, hobbing, precision components turning, drilling, etc. Besides these production facilities, it manufactures hob cutters and special taps. It has in-house test and inspection facilities like lead and profile tester, optical profile projector, gear roll tester, tool makers’ microscope, 3-wire measuring unit, gear PCD runout tester and various other regular instruments.
