The Vacupowerlift from Fezer Maschinenfabrik GmbH is a totally closed system. Via the valve unit atmospheric air is fed into the system. If the valve unit is opened wide, a huge amount of atmospheric air enters the system and the tube lowers. If the valve unit is closed the tube compresses. The Vacupowerlift is a totally safe system. The relation of a minimum of 2.5 suction area to tube area guarantees that loads stay safely and reliably engaged. In case of a power failure an integrated non-return valve closes the head of the lifting tube and engaged loads are lowered to floor in a slow and controlled fashion. The Vacupowerlift can be used in numerous applications. Whether one wants to stack boxes, transport metal or wooden plates, load barrels, lay stone slabs or feed machines – the Vacupowerlift always offer an intelligent solution.
