- These
cylinders are practical and assure long, trouble free performance and
minimum maintenance.
- Cylinders
are available in a variety of constructions that meet international
standards, like tie rod construction, welded construction, one-piece
construction, bolted type, threaded head, low lift, high lift, and
telescopic construction.
- Hydraulic
cylinders are available in bore sizes 25mm to 600mm, working pressure
range from 10kg/cm2 to 500 kg/cm20, cylinders are
available in double acting or single acting, hydraulic cylinder tube made
out of seamless pipe duly machined and honed up to excellent ground
finished
- Piston
rod made out of EN-8 & EN9 material duly machined, ground, hard chrome
plated and reground up to high polish. Cast iron piston also available;
seals provided, i.e. rod seal, rod wiper seal, and tube seal, for sealing
arrangement that assures low friction and trouble-free life.
- Presently
using Halite, Parker and equivalent makes, synthetic rubber and P U
material seal also used, head and caps are made out of mild steel duly
machined and given maximum strength and proper alignment between the
piston and cylinder bore.
- Bronze
bushing arrangement is provided to insure minimum friction and wear. Tie
rods are made out of medium carbon steel pre-stressed at assembly to
minimize the possibility of elongation.
