- Inserstat, a state-of-the-art multipoint level switch, offers some unique features for the first time in India.
- Inserstat level controller comprises of a doughnut type annular magnetic float, guided inside the tank by top entry blind dip pipe; as the level changes, the float moves over the blind dip pipe; switching cartridges with their leads (wires) are mounted on epoxy PCB strip graduated in centimetres.
- As the float passes the sensing cartridge positioned at set point, the contact changes and remains changed (latched) so long as the float is beyond the set point; when the float returns to normal, the contact also reverts to normal.
- Leads of each cartridge are terminated in a weatherproof terminal box at top of the blind pipe; total freedom from corrosion, single float – multipoint operation, no moving parts, stepless adjustment and no shutdown
