Absolute Ssi Servo Encoder, 10-Bit

Absolute SSI servo encoder, Type NCP 307-SSI, operates on Hall?s effect principle. There is no metallic moving wiper, contacting to element and hence no wear and tear or sliding electrical noise. The shaft is rotating endlessly in double ball bearings giving very smooth movement. It has excellent mechanical response with no hysteresis in the output. It is enclosed in anodised aluminium housing with IP-65 protection. It is ideal for harsh environment applications. The product is insensitive to external magnetic field and cannot get damage even in very strong magnetic field. Various outputs can be factory programmed to suit the different use of angular position. Its 10-bit SSI output can be directly coupled with micro controller for further use. Accuracy is better than 0.350 with respect to best line fit and over full temperature range. It requires 5 V DC or 9-30 V DC, 25 mA max auxiliary supply.
