Marble Block Dressing Machines

Jyoti Engineering Works offers Marble Block Dressing Machine. This machine is used for squaring marble blocks through a single diamond blade. Standard components of the machine like bearing, belt, electric motor, electrical goods are from well-known companies that increase reliability of the machine. Quality manufactured pistons, slide and hydraulic seal kit, etc., provides better life to the moving unit which in-turns reduces the maintenance of the machine. The machine has hollowed out columns and extremely rigid upper beam steel structural work, and vertical-sliding trolleys on steel structured columns. This machine has heavy fabricated structure, which reduces the vibration of machine thus provide smooth and accurate cutting of stone. The trapezoidal screws are actioned by two reduction gears, which are connected to a transmission shaft driven by an AC motor for fast movements and by a DC motor for cutting operation. The motion of block carrying trolley is directly controlled by electric control panel. The other products available are chainsaw, diamond wire dressing, diamond gang saw machines and hydraulic jacks.
