Ultra Fine Pulveriser

Finex Sieves Private Limited offers an Ultra Fine Pulveriser, Model UFM 600. This is a screenless pulveriser of size 600 mm having a vane type rotor with 6 tips that rotate in between two peripheral liners. The grinding area is available throughout the periphery. The material is fed from centre by vibratory feeder or screw conveyor at' regulated feed rate. As material gets ground, it gets sucked through a gap plate behind the vane rotor where adjustment is possible from .5 mm to 3 mm. There is a centrifugal fan that sucks the ground powder. Four sizes are available from 300 mm to 1000 mm dia using a 10 HP to 100 HP motor. It is excellent for grinding sugar to less than 40 microns, superfine icing sugar used for chocolates, etc. In feed is less than 5 mm and will grind powder from 100 mesh to 400 mesh, the grinding capacity ranging from 100 kg/hr to 2000 kg/hr.
